⁠Bible Diary – daily reflections

For today, Saturday, 11 July 2026 — Memorial of Saint Benedict, Abbot, the Mass readings are Isaiah 6:1–8 and Matthew 10:24–33.

“Here I am, send me.”

God does not call the perfect.
He calls those who are willing.

Like Isaiah, we may feel weak,
unworthy or afraid. Yet God
cleanses, strengthens and sends us.

Jesus reminds us not to live in fear.
We are known, loved and precious
in the eyes of our Heavenly Father.

Today, let us have the courage to say:

“Lord, I am here.
Lead me, strengthen me,
and use me for Your purpose.”

Amen.
